The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn® AΩ (“HOGD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the website golden-dawn.com (the “Service”).

We provide authentic Hermetic education, including Hermetic Self-Initiation Rituals of the Golden Dawn, HOGD membership programs, and lifetime initiatory training. All materials, publications, and content distributed through the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Trademarks

We are the sole and exclusive owners of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn® trademark in the European Union (Registration No. 000063925).

In the United States, we operate publicly and legally under the trademark Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn® – Alpha Ωmega, pursuant to a binding court-recognized agreement affirmed by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

These marks identify the authentic, lawfully recognized teachings of our Order, including the Hermetic Self-Initiation Rituals of the Golden Dawn, all HOGD online training courses, and the teachings, techniques, and initiatory curriculum derived from the Western Mystery Tradition as preserved by our lineage. Any use of these marks without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

Copyrights

Unless otherwise stated, all content published or provided through the Service is copyright-protected and is the exclusive property of HOGD. This includes course materials, rituals, texts, written instructions, website content such as text, images, videos, and graphics, as well as digital downloads, PDFs, program structures, curricular materials, and proprietary training systems.

No copyrighted material may be reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or publicly displayed without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.

Other Proprietary Rights

The following are also protected as proprietary assets of HOGD: Hermetic designs, seals, esoteric symbols, course pathways and multiyear training structures, branding elements, insignia, ritual devices, and any unique esoteric terminology or program descriptions belonging to our lineage. None of these elements may be copied, imitated, reverse-engineered, or used in derivative works.

Usage Restrictions

You may not use or reproduce any HOGD trademark, nor may you copy, redistribute, or modify any course or website material. You may not publish HOGD materials in books, blogs, videos, or social media posts, nor market or sell derivative works based on our intellectual property.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on our Service, please submit a notice that includes your physical or electronic signature, a description of the material you believe has been infringed, the exact location of the infringing content such as a URL or screenshot, your contact information including name, address, phone number, and email, a good faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, agent, or law, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

HOGD actively enforces its intellectual property rights.
